You order the package at $12,500. That fee covers the comprehensive chronology, the narrative summary, the record-gap list, and up to 500 pages of the record set you send.
If the file runs longer, additional pages are billed at a per-page rate — separately, and agreed with you before any extra work begins. New records or expanded scope are handled the same way. The price you order at is the price you pay.
